The products must be returned together with:

  -  Original invoice (you can find it on the plastic envelope on your package),

  -  Return Form - PLEASE PRINT THIS FORM AND PLACE IT IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TOGETHER WITH YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE

When products are returned, please make sure that:

  -  All the products are in perfect conditions,

  -  All the products are not washed,

  -  All the products are not worn,

  -  Original tags are still on each product,

  -  Everything is sent back within 14 days after you receive your package (delivery days are not counted in the 14 days).

 

Personal Discount codes are not refundable.

If you used a personal code in your order and you return the entire purchase for a refund, we will refund only the amount you paid.

 

In the unlucky case in which you receive the wrong product or a faulty product, please fill in the contact form providing your order number and the details of your complaint.

 

Our Customer Service will get back to you as soon as possible and will help you further.

We kindly ask you to be totally cooperative and to provide all the information that our Customer Service.
If we will not have all the information we ask for, it will not be easy for us to help you further.
